At Lifestylz PT we work with the facts. Good nutrition along with regular exercise makes for a happier healthier you. No gimmicks, no fancy backpacks, no long term contracts. Just good old fashioned service, training and motivation delivered for real people.

Yes, they certainly are. They are also all registered with Fitness Australia.

What are your contract terms?

At Lifestylz PT we don't have "contracts" We offer no minimum term agreements.

I want to train before work, do you have changing facilities?

Yes, we do. We also have a shower for your convenience.

I'm not fit enough to start training, does that matter?

Absolutely not! In fact no-one is fit before they start an exercise program.
